Which enhancements, neural or hypertrophic, do you think contribute the most to a body builder’s increase in strength? Why?

I think that body builders use hypertrophy more because they are trying to make the muscle fibers bigger. Body builders want the muscles to be large and defined more than just the building the strength from neural components so that they can showcase themselves. An athlete, such as a cross country runner, would want to have that muscle memory from neurons to have faster powerstrokes to move their body faster.

Hypertrophy because it enhances muscles using protein making you stronger. It gives you a more powerful power stroke.

Hypertrophy seems more important. For body building, you want to build muscle mass.

I believe that it would be more hypertrophic, because that has to do more with the size of the cells rather than how many of them are there. ANd if your cells are bigger, therefore, you are bigger.

If you're a body builder you want to build more muscles therefore you'd need to use hypertrophy.
