Well if you are looking for an exercise that will strengthen your heart and help burn fat you would use aerobics. If you wanted to be stronger then you would do weight lifting. Then lastly if you were wanting to be more flexible you would stretch.

All of the different types of exercise are important for different muscle building. I believe each exercise is equally important, just depending on what you want your outcome to be. I would compare all of these as a similar level of importance.

Having different types of exercises allows your body to build different muscles and strengthen different parts of your body. Cardio-based exercises builds up the heart muscle so that your muscles receive as much oxygen as possible. Exercise types also focus on different targeted muscles. If you wanted stronger legs, you would do exercises to increase the strength in them. If you wanted a toned stomach, you would do abdominal exercises. These different types allow your body to build in different areas.

Different types of exercise is important, because if all you did was lift weights, yes your arms would be big, but your lungs would be weak. That's why you need to do several types of physical activities. Your muscles wouldn't be able to support each other if there wasn't enough oxygen getting to the. And if you have weak lungs, you aren't going to take in enough air.

different types of exercises are extremely important, while weight training helps you build muscle to lower your metabolism, you need flexibility training to keep the muscles from tearing or straining, and balance training to help keep your center of gravity known
